The Chamber of Commerce just wants cheap labor.
The Chamber of Commerce doesn’t hire H1B. How did they have standing? Texas didn’t have standing to challenge fraud from another state in a federal election, even though it affected every state for one to put out fraudulent results. If H1B are not hired by the Chamber of Commerce to work at the Chamber of Commerce, it’s hard to see how they have standing.

Per its original purpose, any company hiring an H-1b candidate should be willing to pay the fee if they’re really that good.

If this were an important issue, like vote fraud, the courts would not even hear it, always based on “standing.”
