“good faith steps” to recruit American workers
In late Sep and Oct I am getting 2 or 3 calls a day, 2 or 3 emails a day from Indian recruiters. In July and August it was less than that per month.
Some of these recruiters seem to be in India as the phone call delay is obvious. Many of these recruiters speak little or no English. I have worked beside many Indians in IT over many years. The English of these recruiters is much worse than that of those I have worked with.
Question: Are these current recruiters really seeking to place Americans? Or is it all a show and part of the show is to not speak English and thus not have Americans respond to their job offers to prove there are no American applicants?
