What these homeless and 'troubled' people actually need is called an 'institution'. We need to reopen all those mental asylums they closed in the 1980s and 90s... These people need a 'home' of sorts... Just not an actual home.

Vancouver police release images of suspect in series of stabbings in Yaletown

The Vancouver Police Department has released images of the suspect in a series of stabbings in Yaletown Friday morning.

Sgt. Steve Addison says police are turning to the public for help identifying the suspect.

“These assaults were violent and unprovoked, and as long as this suspect remains at large, we fear the community is at risk,” said Addison.

“It is our highest priority to quickly identify and apprehend this person.”

Officers were called to the area after reports of multiple people stabbed on the seawall near David Lam Park around 7:30 a.m.

When emergency crews arrived, they found three victims with minor stab wounds. They were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say four additional assault victims have come forward since Friday morning. These include another stabbing victim, someone who was physically assaulted, and two more who did not suffer any injuries.

In total, seven victims have come forward: five men and two women, aged between 23 and 59...

Does that woman in that picture look sane??? The simple answer is NO!

In the small town I live in a psycho walked into a small store and stabbed several employees with a broken crack pipe... They sent him to a Montreal Rehab center to apparently 'dry out' before they could put him on trial... And he escaped... Now he walks the streets of Montreal or some other town with impunity. It's disgusting.

Donald Trump should start a new war... A war on the mentally ill walking our streets. Create institutions to house these lunatics and get them the hell off the streets. BTW - They apprehended this woman and they have charged her... And she will either beat the rap because she's deranged, or be released for some other odd reason... And she will be on the streets again... Looking for her next victim.

I would be in Sliwa’s corner if it were anyone’s race. In other words, if Sliwa still had a reasonable chance of winning. But he doesn’t.

I’m also looking at a bigger picture. Islam is on the march everywhere. On 9/11 radical Muslims attacked NYC. It would be a HUGE propaganda victory for Islam if the next mayor of NYC was also a radical Muslim.

Cuomo is the only person who has a shot at stopping that.

The whole thing makes me sick.

Me too. If there’s any silver lining here, it’s that Trump is in the White House.

So there will be no federal bailout when NYC crashes and burns. But I do feel bad for the upstate New Yorkers. That’s mostly Republican territory. Their tax dollars will go to supporting that failed city.
