Exactly. She was able to do all kinds of stuff without any oversight. As I recall it was also used by obummer, Biden and others. Almost like a shadow government.

How do you separate the existence of this server from the Secretary of State’s private Foundation’s fundraising effort; a shadow government financed by foreign donors with secrets that could be exposed, sold, or used for private blackmail.
