Indians apart, most Americans are from somewhere else and can get residency from multiple ancestral lands. Jews were locked out as as 90+% in the German realm (Germany + allies + conquered lands) were killed, and the lucky remainder slowly being starved to death in labor camps when the Germans finally surrendered.
