( Circa 400 thousand H1-B visas / 159.54 million total nonfarm jobs ) x 100 [ to express as percentage ] = 0.25 % H1-B as a percentage of total nonfarm jobs

Seems quite fine to charge big bucks for these visas, if and as President Trump is doing. Would also be quite fine to repeat the users / abusers of the B1-B program so as not to loose track of which companies are "in the spotlight."
