About 7 years ago I picked up someone from the SFO international terminal. Load after load of Indians walking to buses from Facebook or Apple or whatever software companies they were going to to. Near my aunt and uncle’s house in Palo Alto companies bought every house on the market and would house dozens of them. They would even hot rack the beds there were so many. Coding is easily mobile. But they want the Indian culture in those offices and they are quite loyal to their caste and region SO keep hiring Indians and send the money back.
