Sounded like a bad deal and a crime when the pipeline was destroyed.
In retrospect, it needed to be done to remove Russia oil money that was/is being used to destroy Ukraine.
So, if the destroyer of the pipeline is to be arrested, why not Zelensky and his whole military, which is destroying the Russian oil infrastructure as we speak? Good luck with that.

The money Russia gets from oil is blood money used to finance its invasion of its sovereign neighbor. The guy who blew up the pipeline acted to stop a war. NOT GUILTY, and he should not be charged, or held in detention.
