No they dont. They lose them due to a combination of being dumbasses and intentionally killing them through neglect because they cost too much to take care of properly like the government promised. It gets hotter and more humid here where I am than what most of Europe gets. Many of us dont have air conditioning yet we dont have seasoned citizens piling up on the side of the roads waiting for the dead collector.
