ACA subsidies are the least offensive of their ideas. Maybe that is a carrot.
Wasn’t this the subsidy Biden expanded to able bodied near the end of Covid? It was temporary Covid funding?

Tort reform certainly worked in Texas. Physicians flooded to Texas after medical tort reform was passed about ten years ago.

I agree in theory. But not everyone has cash to pay for health care.
The part of the ACA banning the opening of physician-owned medical centers that only took cash should be repealed.
This provision not only stifles choice and competition (which was the point - the ACA/Obamacare was first and foremost a corporatist boondoggle) but also capacity.
The Communist Manifesto specifically focuses on income taxes.
