I've applied repeatedly to NVidia.

I've had the EXACT skills called for in the job posting.

I've successfully taped out many chips, including AI chips like NVidia makes.

I've been referred by an NVidia employee.

NO MATTER: I GET A REJECTION E-MAIL IN 48 HOURS LIKE CLOCKWORK.

I'm so, so, incredibly sick of this crap.

Wow the us market can’t instantly provide service X , so therefore that will never change, and X will never be provided.

That kind of rigid thinking will get you no where.

They have the cash to build trade schools and recruit American students. Mayo Hospital here in Jacksonville has an in house school for techs. Some type educational investment “fee” should be a preq for H-1B approval.
