Wonderful news.
Consider all the suffering this has caused, all over the world, for a silly fantasy.
Fantasy is the Left’s stock in trade.

It was always going to fail once the public was hit with the massive increases in cost that trying to shift to so-called "renewables" entails. The only question is how much damage will be done...how many industries completely destroyed before the voters firmly reject the pseudo religion of Gaia Worship? Energy costs in the UK and Germany are about FOUR TIMES what they are in the US. That's not only impoverishing households, that's killing companies or forcing them to shut down manufacturing in the UK and Germany and relocate to places like the US that has a more sane energy policy. Even once they finally wake up in the UK and Germany, those companies and their factories will be gone. They're not going to just magically reappear once they get rid of Gaia Worship.
I always knew the Europeans were far more willing to go along with this BS. So we in America did not need to totally defeat the Gaia Worshipers. We just needed to delay long enough til the massive economic damage to European countries that resulted from Gaia Worship became undeniable. That is going to happen. We can all see it. Meanwhile German companies continue to shutter factories in Germany and invest their money in opening factories in the US.

“Climate orthodoxy” is the prevailing doctrine in California.
Good luck debunking it, even with hard facts and data, with the current deep blue statehouse administration, one of whose prime goals is to outlaw the internal combustion engine and force everyone into an EV - even as the electrical grid is overburdened and crumbling.
And one of the main reasons gas is ≈ $5.00/gallon in California and set to rise to $8.00/gallon.

Net Zero is a fantasy that will never happen. But it will cause energy costs to skyrocket.

It won't have fully crumbled until they dissolve the ridiculous
Department for Energy Security & Net Zero (photo below). I took the photo September 7 on Whitehall by Parliament. The irony is so delicious because EVERYTHING they are doing in the energy field is assuring scarce, unreliable, and high priced energy. Counting on government to assure energy security and plenty is a fool's errand.
One of our nights was at a delightful country inn in Ireland and, driving up to the place, saw a wind farm not far away. I groaned internally thinking "Oh crap, we are going to have to see and hear these infernal machines," but fortunately the wind farm was far enough away and in the opposite direction.
