Big difference between 55 and 56 votes. He can just agree on the 7 week extension and participate in the budget process. That will truly make a difference.
as i understand it the House has sent over the 12 appopriations bills needed for budget. Senate has voted on 3 which are in conference. did he vote with Rs on those 3?
