In an argumentalive exchange with Adam Schiff, Kash said the Administrations of Bush, Obama and Biden did "squat" about the Epstein case, and for this reason, President Trump courageously created new charges.

I suspect these new charges are RICO, but it doesn't matter what they are. Comer's Committee is hearing evidence now. They can refer the case to the DOJ for prosecution, but likely Bondi has already been collecting evidence coming out of the hearing anyway and can pursue charges independent of the Committee. It matters to Trump; he will provide the impetus.
