No one I know ever believed the word “House” in Maxwell House was referring to their own personal home - whether a house or otherwise.

To most folks the “House” in Maxwell House was merely the second part of the name Maxwell House, and not any persons “house” or home at all.

So someone is going to be attracted to “Maxwell Apartment” because they don’t reside in a house? I don’t think so.

The owners of Maxwell House are making a stupid joke of their own name. I hope they get taken to the cleaners on their sales.
