I understand and know more than you assume,as do many other people .Just because I dont buy into the faux “covid shots” does not mean I am opposed to true vacinnes. Stimulating the human immune system to produce disease fighting cells by use of dead or weakened disease agents is traditional,logical,accepted and understandable.
Reprogramming my cells to produce unnatural spike proteins which my immune system is then supposed to deal with just doesnt make sense.
While I cannot claim medical credentials I do claim a functioning brain that can recognize cause and effect,and official BS.

When you catch a Covid infection (or any other virus infection), the infectious virus literally reprograms your cells to make a lot of proteins and nucleic acids that your body does not naturally produce. Thus, when you catch Covid, those Covid viruses enter your cells and force them to make way more spike protein than they would ever make following a Covid mRNA vaccination.
There is nothing "unnatural" about spike protein. It literally covers every coronavirus, including Covid virus. There is also nothing "unnatural" about mRNA, which is contained in every cell in your body and in the food you eat.
What happens after a Covid vaccination is that a few cells near the injection site take in some of the spike mRNA and produce spike protein for a few hours. They destroy the mRNA within hours, just as they destroy all other mRNA. The spike protein goes to the surface of the cell where it can be "seen" by immune system cells. Those cells perceive it as an invader and proceed to form antibodies against it. This formulation of a specific antibody (and T cells and B cells) is exactly the same process as happens after every other vaccination. It also happens in the infections that don't kill you before the immune system manages to produce specific antibodies. There is NO scientific description of "vaccine" that would exclude Covid vaccines but include every other vaccine.
