Okay so I don't have a meme entry yet. Ideas...just...trying to get inspired. Some of us can't just deliver a meme like Trump can deliver a good line or make up a good 'nickname.'

I hear there's a video out talking about a 'meme explosion' going on elsewhere in the anon meme-o-sphere, and I might just watch that video and go tour the area. I have to get the link but if that sounds familiar, please pm or post it here. Something about anons and meme explosion in the title. Because...ah...I'm experiencing crossed-meme syndrome where two or more themes collide in a meme and, instead of a meme, they produce an image that's doesn't seem to deliver. Like "Shadow government" and Q's Hillary and Obama Chess pieces.

I'm heading to church this morning to hear more about the battle between Good and Evil, so maybe I'll get a meme idea...

As far as I know, this monthly protected thread has lived in peace pretty much since its inception.. I could be wrong, but I’ve never been pinged here before.
But, there always has to be some moron to come along and disturb the peace. :P

That was very well said and a viewpoint I often forget when it comes to trolls.

Perhaps a similar version with all of those important points can be posted at the beginning of these threads? We have Jim’s ** post warning the trolls, can we consider adding one to remind all of us how it affects the thread?

I did notice that nearly every one of his repetitive posts (”you people”) was a reply to someone that responded to him. Which is why, even though I responded to him once or twice initially, I think that ignoring the troll is a better choice. I mean, once the pattern is established that he’s trolling and not just asking some sort of legitimate question.

What often happens is that people that have been away from the thread for a day or two happen upon his posts (or posts like his) and respond which triggers the miscreant troll all over again and rekindles the cycle. Hard to see the pattern if you’ve been away for a bit, and hard to live your life when you can’t leave the inter webs for a day or two.

So yeah, responding does feed the troll. But it’s hard to establish that someone is a troll without seeing the pattern of posts. The pattern was easy to spot with this one, but only if you happened to be current on the thread.

Interesting! The captured/controlled makes me think of two things which may or may not be related:

1. The mysterious notes passed out at GWB funeral. Jeb is missing, though.

2. The hunted look that O displayed at the inauguration. Only on screen for a short time, but he was hunched forward, head slightly down, and eyes darting from side to side. Have not seen this film clip since. Hope someone else remembers it.
