Those on the lower end of Downs and Autism won’t understand, majority can’t even read. The higher functioning ones however, yes they do know and it does upset them.
There was a Downs woman in England trying to pass laws to prevent babies with Downs being aborted. She lost and I’m not surprised. You can’t discriminate against a trans child but you sure as hell can discriminate against a Downs one. Make that make sense.
