I used to live just a couple of blocks off of Livernois so, I do remember the sixties in Dearborn... there were a lot of Muslims there then, husband’s uncle was married to one, whose family was from Iran, she renounced her muslim faith.
For those who are not Michiganders, and are under the impression that Henry Ford was a good person-— you are mistaken. He was a socialist, just like Woodrow Wilson, who thought he knew what was best for the country and the world. It’s no accident that the Ford Foundation is our number one promoter of communism in this country.
Interesting. I lived in Detroit a couple of times Eastside and Westside. My grandmother worked in Detroit on Livernois. My other grandmother lived in Detroit on Military Street (Southwest). My girlfriend lived in Detroit (Bryden near Livernois & Grand River). Both my parents worked in Detroit when they met. So many fond memories of Detroit.
