I reckon Bourne was just demonstrating that if men can disrobe in women's or girl's locker rooms , she could do so at a school board meeting.

Boys should not be in girls locker rooms.
Let Beth do what she wants.
A. She’s today’s version of the “Harper Valley PTA”.
B. Her child who is a student at that school may be refusing to come out of her bedroom right now, so mortified and embarrassed at what her “Crazy Mother” just did. She’ll get over it.
