I believe Jack Cashill is accurate when he says that J6 Defendants were charged on the false notion that Harris was in the Capitol during the J6 events. But, I doubt bigly that FBI/DoJ prosecutors relied upon Harris’s edited TV news interview to establish Harris’s timeline on J6 for use in federal charges and prosecutions.
So from WHERE did they get the false information? Logically, the “facts” would come from both 1) Secret Service records/agents/drivers/witnesses at the DNC, and 2) Harris’s direct statements to FBI agents. Did all those sources conspire to falsify her J6 whereabouts and lie to investigators (both are crimes)? Was interior and exterior surveillance video obtained from the DNC showing her there? Was that video altered or erased?
