Ah, interstate shipping of firearms (or any common carrier shipping) is a federal issue.

Although, you would think it would be easy to create a regulation that says “to have a valid prescription you need the prescribing doctors name on it to ship”, probably exists now.

But there are lots of state things you could do that are close to what you are saying. Like “no cooperation or name needed to ship. 99.999% receiver to a blue state”

That’s not a ‘State Right’. That’s covered by the Interstate Commerce clause of the US Constitution. That means it’s Federal, and trying to ‘skate the law’ means avoiding Federal laws to deal drugs. Breaking Federal Law to dispense controlled substances via an organization is Racketeering (That’s right he is committing a RICO violation).

I suspect he doesn’t believe that Trump or the DHS have it in them to remove him from the Governors mansion and prosecute him. We shall see.
