I just came across this youtube video with the current leader of the Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist–Leninist):

a. Is Russia’s Intervention in Ukraine Revolutionary? Joti Brar Responds...
b. Why Russia’s intervention in Ukraine can be seen as a revolutionary struggle against imperialism.
c. What Jeremy Corbyn’s experience reveals about the future of revolutionary politics in Britain.
d. Should the Left engage in electoral politics — or build power outside of parliament?
e. Is identity politics being used as a ruling class ideology to divide and weaken class struggle?
Joti Brar brings clarity to the crises of NATO, Russia, and British politics, while addressing fundamental questions of strategy for the international Left.
Eight years of war inflicted by the Ukrainian Junta installed by the West - gotta love how she frames it. It is not that Russia was simply provoked Russia, but NATO build up the Ukrainian military to be the largest army in NATO, and built massive areas of militarized zones throughout Eastern Ukraine, while “buying time with negotions with Russia” and NATO wanted to defeat Russia.
She talks about provocations against North Korea and all sorts of times when the US or west was caught red handed. She speaks about Narrative Control by the West.
That she recognizes the economic instability in the west which drives it cycle of destruction and rebuilding to rebalance.
The “anti-imperialist camp” is now coming together like at no other time except Stalin. Brics and the rest of the world are seeking to throw off British and American Imperialism, thus there is a revival of an international order seeking sovern and independence from the West.
Her major thesis is that the West, Germany-Britian-France-US, will as long as they have the money build armies and media operations to capture individual countries.
Brics is one part of a struggle to throw off the West, and to become sovern without being owned by the US, EU or IMF.
What she covers is so broad but concise enough to give you a new understanding of what is going on since different periods, and going forward.
I had some insight into the facism in Ukraine, but she gives a historic lesson going back nearly a 100 years. She tells about the facist Ukrainians airlifted to Canada, US and Enland to keep the facist community alive for future use after WWII.
It is interesting to listen to an actual self professed communist and their world view. While she may have a ax to grind with the Facists... she goes into great detail about the way these airlifted Ukrainians were brought back to Ukraine to run the country by the west.
Understand the alternative viewpoints is the hallmark of having successful relationships, for even investing. When people take the time to see the face behind the mask, or just try to get a level insight into the very people involved.
