Where are you getting your information from regarding an internal investigation into the officer’s obvious misconduct. I find it hard to believe that this officer would have been either transferred or reinstated to full duty status. The actions he took were certainly reprehensible and deserving of suspension up to and including termination.
They were all resisting arrest.
Say nothing. Do your job. Don’t use more force than the citizen wants to share. Not a tall order gor a humble law officer.
