i still write checks to the county clerk because they charge a $1.00 fee for so-called e-check payment, which actually saves them money ... probably costs ‘em a fortune to process actual checks ... last time, they mailed my check back because i had used red ink, if you can believe that ... so i sent ‘em ANOTHER check ...
I still write around 5 checks a month.
My local coin dealer doesn’t take cards.
Cash or check. I usually pay cash but sometimes I don’t have enough on me and he will take a check.
