We’ve had “bro’s doing burnouts” in Tampa for years at the local Walmart Supercenter lot at 2 and 3 in the morning. During the day you can see the black tire rubber tracks going in concentric circles. The noise they make when it’s happening is horrific. Ever since COVID when Walmart ended its 24/7 shopping policy and closed the stores down at 11 pm.

A local tire dealership sponsors burnout event on a pad near the dealership here in northern New Hampshire.

Fun to go to, but once you've seen it, IMHO, no need to see it a second time.

It's in the daytime. There should be someplace around Baltimore where it could be organized and done right.

Our local driving school teaches drifting both here and at a track in southern NH.

The SCCA sponsors a lot of fun events around the country.
