We need more skull-worshipping Americans.

According to CBP Director of Field Operations Carlos C. Martel... I 100% love that America has our own Charles Martel protecting us from violent religions!

Family friend was an anthropologist who amassed a huge number of skeletal remains from burial mounds in Florida.
Her parents were downsizing and leaving their house. They placed several garbage cans full of skulls, bones, etc. out by the curb for the trash man to cart away.
Which he did. They never heard a word of inquiry from anyone.

It could be a number of things. Veneration of relics is common in Orthodox Christianity.

It likely was a “packed lunch” for the voodoo-aspirant.

That is likely because there were Haitian neighbors who needed to replenish their voodoo stock.

I think the first episode of the Bones TV series has the forensic anthropologist detained at an airport for carrying a bag with a human head in it.

I watched some of the Caught at the Border shows last night...may have been “Contraband Seized at the Border.”
I don’t know if this one TOPPED what I saw on one of the shows but it was a bag full of FROZEN MEAT determined to be from RATS...being taken into the US for a family gathering. They said it came from a certain area of Mexico that I hadn’t heard of before..Of course, it was taken and secured for destruction...taped up in a box for quarantine until destroyed. Not actually anything special but just what some of the poorest of Mexicans high in the hills catch for meals. Sure makes one wonder WHY take it to the US when you can buy MEAT here in the supermarkets!!! MAYBE it was considered special after all.
There are several shows like that and what it reveals about the drugs and where they’re stashed coming into the US from Mexico is unbelievable..mesmerizing to watch as they literally dismantle cars/trucks after Xraying show anomalies. US personnel on those jobs deserve our thanks and praise.

Well thank goodness those human remains were dealt with respect and decency /s

Veneration of relics is common in Orthodox Christianity.
Among Christians who venerate relics, we are usually talking about a small bone chip, stored in a reliquary. Not a bag of unmarked (as far as we know) bones and skulls. The remains are treated with more respect.
