Good luck buying Tylenol or Advil in China. They don't even sell aspirin OTC. It's either Chinese herbal medicine or go to the doctor - for a prescription much milder than anything they will give you in the USA.
The Chinese market for acetaminophen is valued at over a billion USD - that and aspirin are both available OTC.
