they have to apply for a CCW in their home state. And if that state does not have reciptocity with their 2d residence, they also must apply for and get a permit in that state, NoVa, Md.. Then ALSO in DC.

Any and federally prohibited persons, would not be eligible for a CCW OR armed security when not in an official capacity?
