• Co-morbidities:

1) AFib/ Heart left ventricle (now pumping at 55-60%; up from 20-25%),
2) Heart bundle blockage (5 stents),
3) Diabetes (Type 2, no insulin after 2yrs),
4) Hypertension (under control w/ Rx),
5) Weight (down from 265 to 160lbs),
6) COPD Stage 2 (under control w/ Trelegy & Combivent
Respimat emergency inhaler),
7) Stage 2 Mild Kidney Disease (medication & diet controlled).

I don’t have acid reflux, high cholesterol or arthritis, but good guess on the others. Many thanks for your concern.

Also, Crestor (a statin) is likely not needed if diet and weight are good now and you aren’t in danger of high cholesterol. Ondansetron doesn’t seem needed, either. Tramadol is for a lot of pain.

Amiodarone might be optional if you get enough potassium in food, now.

I would ask your doctor about changing up your prescriptions. There is no reason to take serious medicines if they are not needed
