Sure, but there’s no way an aircraft would be able to see a 10cm cube orbiting 150 miles up. A 1U cubesat is 10cm x 10cm x 10cm. Each cubesat unit is only 10cm.

So, a de-orbiting cube sat a possibility. What would the re-entry speed be for such an object?
