glad to hear this story is balogna!
The problem is that he’s bad at his job.

The problem is this case has a patina on it that has given the FBI their well deserved title of being ‘the cleanup crew’. This one smells just like all the others and looks and feels too glib, too pat. The concern is that the Bureau will never be allowed by the Deep State to interrupt or shut down the ongoing CIA professional assassination production crew who are John Brennan Anti-American Communists. We are looking for meaningful change, not just more BS to keep this wonderful country from winding up in a civil war which is the Communist objective.
I hope the whiners are ignored. So many cannot separate TV show results from the realities of real life, on the ground, investigations. FreeRepublic people are some of the worst for knee jerk reactions. It us embarrassing
How is he bad - specifically?
If this feud between Patel an Bondi is real and I doubt it is, I will side with Patel over Bondi just, based on her botching the Epstein files release.
Let’s put things in perspective. She is married to a deep state RINO.
The author of this deep state propaganda piece, Jacqui Heinrich, is married to Brian Kevin Fitzpatrick (born December 17, 1973) an American politician, attorney, and former FBI agent who has served as a U.S. representative from Pennsylvania since 2017.
In the 115th United States Congress, Fitzpatrick was ranked the second most bipartisan member of the House of Representatives by the Bipartisan Index, a metric created by the Lugar Center and Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy to assess congressional bipartisanship. In the 116th United States Congress, 117th Congress, and first session of the 118th Congress, Fitzpatrick was ranked first by the Bipartisan Index.
Fitzpatrick voted in line with Joe Biden’s stated position 70% of the time during the 117th Congress, the highest rate of any member in the Republican conference.
On February 4, 2021, Fitzpatrick joined 10 other Republican House members voting with all voting Democrats to strip Marjorie Taylor Greene of her Education and Labor Committee and Budget Committee assignments in response to controversial political statements she had made. On November 5, 2021, Fitzpatrick was among the 13 House Republicans who broke with their party and voted with a majority of Democrats for the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, a $1.2 trillion infrastructure spending bill.
Fitzpatrick was the primary sponsor of three bills that Congress enacted.
In 2025, Fitzpatrick was one of two Republicans who voted against the Senate-approved version of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. He originally supported the House version of the bill, but opposed the larger cuts to SNAP and Medicaid the Senate passed. Fitzpatrick also voted against a subsequent bill cutting funding for public broadcasting.
During the 2016 election cycle, Fitzpatrick said he would support the presidential candidate Republican primary voters in the 8th District chose. After Donald Trump was made the nominee, Fitzpatrick reneged and said he would not vote for either major party candidate. He instead wrote-in Mike Pence in 2016, but did vote for Trump in 2020.
In July 2019, Fitzpatrick was one of four Republican House members who voted to condemn inflammatory remarks that Trump had made about the Squad, a group of Democratic U.S. Representatives, all of whom were women of color. Trump had tweeted about the group, calling on them to “go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came”.
After newsite LevittownNow.com obtained audio of Trump endorsing Fitzpatrick’s 2020 re-election, Fitzpatrick’s office removed the publication from its press release list, and Fitzpatrick himself also neglected to participate in a pre-primary interview with LevittownNow in 2022.
Fitzpatrick voted against both of Trump’s impeachments in 2019 and 2021. Before the second impeachment vote, he introduced a censure resolution against Trump that condemned the rhetoric that led to the January 6 Capitol attack.
On May 19, 2021, Fitzpatrick was one of 35 Republicans to join all Democrats in voting to approve legislation to establish the January 6 commission meant to investigate the storming of the U.S. Capitol. He was reportedly the only House Republican to attend a 2023 ceremony marking the second anniversary of the Capitol attack. Fitzpatrick called the attack a “terrible day that we can never let happen again”.
On October 21, 2021, Fitzpatrick was one of nine House Republicans to vote to hold Steve Bannon in contempt of Congress.
Jacqui Heinrich, reporter for the Deep State.
Thanks, buddy! NOT
A typical DC political anonymously sourced thread like this is red meat for our cadre of Free Republic haters.
Trump and no one else, Bondi included, makes the decisions.
Certainly not those anon sources tasked with sowing political discord.
What is "this"...writing articles critical of Patel or assigning a co-director?
My mistake.... She is engaged, not yet married to him.
“Fox News’ Jacqui Heinrich Gets Engaged to Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick in Lavender Field in Provence (Exclusive)”
Fox News senior White House correspondent Jacqui Heinrich is engaged to Republican Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick
The journalist tells PEOPLE that Fitzpatrick proposed in the middle of a lavender field in Valensole, France, on June 29, 2025.
????actually he did share new evidence: both the towel wrapped around the firearm and the screwdriver have undergone DNA analysis and are now definitively linked to the suspect. he also cleared up the rumor about info/pics being withheld from him in saying the locals were doing a good job - but under the circumstances needed to deliver info/analysis faster. also regarding the suspect’s jump off the roof which showed no evidence of the gun he did mention possibility of it being in backpack (screwdriver was perhaps of use there).
Why are you speculating? I have no idea what will or won’t be done but I di know that undermining him while he us doing his job is not going to make anything better or faster.
Additionally, read what you wrote and how much is contained in your post while there is even more to address (much of it inherited). Do you understand how huge an endeavor it is? If you can do it faster or better then give Pres Trump a call and offer to do Kash’s instead.
Writing criticism that is, at best, based on anonymous sources.
Yes, I agree. She has been pretty direct about her feelings for him
Ya. I’d like to give him a chance to do things instead of criticizing him from day 1 like some have.
i refer you to Bongino’s comments this a m on process they need to follow re interviews of chatroom friends. they are on it but being careful to obtain info legally so as not to blow prosecution. there are legal hoops to jump through.
Interesting information.
Just because Fox News is the source, this doesn’t count for much.
Howard Kurtz, Sunday on Fox, still thinks he’s working at CNN.
by the way bagging the suspect out of a sea of 1000’s in 33 hours was worth tooting the FBI’s horn for.
Oh I know! There is so much petty squabbling that Kash should be fired, and we piss off a fighting MAGA man. Because that makes sense.
Engaged, rather than married, even more points to a female wishing to impress her intended.
