independence is Britain’s only hope of survival

Irony of ironies, the British government, which oppressed its American colonists to the point of revolt, is now doing the same on its own island. English law, which provided the foundation for our own laws and our own freedoms, including freedom of speech, is now being used to suppress and silence British patriots. Britons are now literally put in prison for expressing opinions that in America are taken for granted as a protected right. Offending a pervert in Britain is a serious crime.

The oppression stems from unrestricted immigration, especially of Muslims, who share nothing with classic British liberal values, not in language or culture or common law. Worse yet, whereas Britons remain underserved in return for the excessive taxation and regulation that Parliament imposes on them, their Muslim guests receive luxurious accommodations at taxpayer expense.

Muslim law, which blames non-Muslim women if they are raped by Muslim men, has found its way into British courts, where the rapes of small children and British women are treated as a minor misbehavior — and the rapes are reaching near epidemic proportions. Bear in mind that Muslim law, as practiced by Muslims, does not recognize any rights of any non-Muslim.

These evils are not sufferable, and British blood is beginning to boil.

So, then, why have not the British people risen up, as did our American forebears 249 years ago? Why have they not declared independence? There are three reasons.

One of them is that Americans, unlike the British then and now, are armed. We had not only muskets, but cannon. Our private citizens continue to have guns, and our courts have repeatedly reaffirmed our right to do so. In Britain, the government recognizes no right to own or carry a weapon. Its citizens are deliberately kept disarmed. Self-defense is looked upon

The British citizens will have to deal with the traitors first and then the invaders.

What if the UK becomes a US colony!

That's just the sort of thing that throws Clio into fits of laughter! She loves that kind of irony. And she has a nasty sense of humor.

If only they were "citizens". They are subjects of a crypto-Muslim inbred idiot monarch, whose government and he rule under the auspices of an unwritten "constitution".

The country was very briefly governed as a Republic, albeit a theocratic dictatorial one. The great migration of Dissenter Protestants to the American colonies followed directly after The Restoration of the Stuart line of kings and return to literal "subjection".

We may be cousins, but our branch of the family is quite different from those now living under quislings who kowtow to Muslim occupation.

Add to that the Muslim belief that any woman who does not dress modestly (by their definition) is a whore who deserves to be raped.

Awhile back I read an article about the Muslim rape epidemic in Oslo, Norway. The government response: They issued guidelines explaining to Norwegian women how to dress more modestly.

It is simply beyond insanity.

What good is it if it does nothing to support national stability, protect the British heritage and culture, and promote national unity?

I love reading these American Thinker articles about the UK which are on some points, a bit wide of the mark, to put it politely.

“English law, which provided the foundation for our own laws and our own freedoms, including freedom of speech...”

English Common Law, and civil rights, are such that “freedom of speech” has always been qualified. We can say whatever we like on Speakers Corner, or on social media, unless it’s explicitly proscribed in statute law.

What’s changed is the audience. In the past maybe five people would’ve heard you. Now, you’re heard by thousands, thanks to everybody having a smartphone and access to social media. And, there have always been things people can legitimately do if they think a speech has crossed the line. Trespass, libel, defamation, incitement to violence.

Companies, agencies and even private individuals can trigger an investigation, a prosecution or a civil action if they “witness” the act and genuinely believe a line was crossed. But they don’t have to witness it in person anymore, and the need to have a genuine belief has been watered down - in effect, since the Macpherson Report into the Stephen Lawrence murder, the rule of thumb has been “if a citizen thinks something’s racist/sexist/homophobic, then it’s racist/sexist/homophobic to dismiss their thoughts”.

This means dozens of people can be filing spurious complaints to internet companies if it’s online, AND taking their beef to social media to amplify it, AND they’re filing separate complaints to the police, knowing that the more people pile in behind them, the harder it gets for the police to say “Piss off, this is a nothing burger.”

Our rules are such that if the police get lots of people making the same complaint or reporting the same incident, the police HAVE to investigate it. That rule was brought in by the last Tory government, by right-winger Suella Braverman no less. Law of unintended consequences; she was responding to decades of police NOT doing anything about serial child sexual exploitation. Things like the Rotherham sex trafficking, and people like Jimmy Savile, were repeatedly buried by the police top brass, so no matter how many people reported offences, the top brass would turn a blind eye.

The rule that says the police mustn’t do that anymroe is now in the Police Handbook. I don’t think Braverman expected the pro-nonce Wokerati to be just as adept at exploiting this rule as they were adept at exploiting police chief apathy.

“now being used to suppress and silence British patriots.”

The government isn’t encouraging it; they’re just not doing anything. The people sponsoring it are lobbyists and campaign groups, and woke DEI obsessed police chiefs. The people going along with it are doing it for the sake of a quiet life.

Companies that have been rapped over the knuckles in the courts by Stonewall and other campaign groups for not taking things like homophobia, pedophilia and race hate crimes seriously, are now telling their staff NOT to ignore this stuff.

This mentality is an import from the good old US of A, where decades of over-litigious overstupidity has resulted in people getting sued if coffee cups don’t have warnings on them that the contents are hot.

“One of them is that Americans, unlike the British then and now, are armed.”

Utter nonsense. Our Prime Ministers are chosen by their Party and its members to act as their leader. When the Party wins the election, the Prime Minister is de-facto the person currenly leading the Party. So, a party leader can be sacked or forced to resign in many different ways, regardless of whether they’re Prime Minister or not. A Vote of No Confidence by a House of Parliament can topple a PM, but so can losing the support of their own Cabinet, or back-benchers, or the party membership. (Margaret Thatcher resigned because she called her own ministers up one by one to see if they supported her, and too many of them said they couldn’t anymore, because of the impact of the Poll Tax riots. No guns were required; at best you can call it a night of the long knives after Geoffrey Howe deployed an oratory hand grenade and Michael “Tarzan” Heseltine threw his hat into the ring.)

The Tories are far better at deposing leaders who’ve lost the plot than Labour is, but it happens with Labour too. Jeremy Corbyn’s ties to Russia and his anti-Israel, pro-islamist sympathies outraged the right wing press and the negative publicity made him such a huge liability that at one point his own Cabinet appointments started briefing the BBC and the Tories on who’d be resigning and when as part of a campaign to force him out.

“Millions of Englishmen have taken to fastening this emblem on lampposts around England, and the British government has taken to ripping them down — only to see them immediately reinstalled by the resistance.”

This is a massive exaggeration. My street, and all the streets around it, have had the Cross of St George flags up on them for a very long time with zero interference, and that’s despite us living in Yvette Cooper’s constituency (Labour Shadow Home Secretary in the Tory years, in charge of the Home Office in the Starmer administration). The house opposite me has had the Cross of St George AND the Union Flag on their flagpole for the last six years. You know why it’s not an issue? We don’t have self-segregating migrant communities. We have one community that has Brits (English, Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish) in it, as well as hundreds of migrants who are assimilated, and who are just as happy to fly the Cross of St George as the rest of us.

There are some boroughs around this country where LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND ACTIVISTS are tearing the flags down at the behest of activists. It just happened in a part of York. Thing is, they’re not doing it because the UK Law or the UK Gubmint tells them to do it - it’s always been okay to fly our own flag even under Labour.

The Union Jack was being enthusiastically flown all round where I live back in Blair’s time (”Cool Britannia!” was a real thing), it was still being enthusiastically flown when we hosted the Olympics. And we’re still doing it.

The only paces you can’t do it is where pro-Palestine, pro-Muslim or pro-LGBT activism is very vocal AND it has sponsors in police and local government.

The “if enough people make a complaint, then Something Must Be Done” rule of public service can be easily abused; the result is activist judges/mayors/councillors/police chiefs are ordering English flags be taken down and if challenged on it, they come out with nonsense like they’re “causing offence” or “presenting a health and safety risk”.
