I brush with electric toothbrush, use little GUM sticks and flossers between teeth and then use waterpik. Waterpik gets more stuff out. So yes, it’s worth it.

Does not look like ivermectin works for MS.
However hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) potential treatment for multiple sclerosis (MS)
Does have articles saying may help.
