I read your post and I thought you were wrong. A moment later, I read #33 and now I’m not so sure.
For the record: I have not studied or even read the laws concerning tariffs. I’m not qualified to say which side will prevail before SCOTUS, let alone which side deserves to prevail. Those questions are waaaaay above my pay grade.
