yep.

1- it’s a hindrance to escape/evasion in an urban or wooded environment
2- it draws attention
3- they’re cheap enough from estate/yard sales to be disposable
4- they’re old enough there’s not likely to be any serial number records - non-traceable
5- the shooter and his team WANTED to leave multiple messages (the marked up ammo, the gun itself reinforces the left’s “Its EZ to buy a SNIPER rifle!” hysteria)

that in seconds from my pre-caffeinated 0530 HRS brain.

I’m sure I can come up with a lot more in a few minutes. How about you?

I saw a TV news video that said Charlie was about to answer a question from someone in the crowd on gun ownership. Another message perhaps, or were they just spewing bull??
