Plenty of rifles are made to be broken down quickly. Even Ruger has a 10/22 that breaks down easy.

I believe the particular rifle this punk was to have allegedly used is an older rifle that doesn’t break down, like new versions.

That’s what I’ve read from a few posters.

The one being promoted as the weapon can’t be disassembled or reassembled without a barrel vice.
You would be correct if it was an Accuracy International
