There was a Bernie Sanders’ restaurant on Wilshire Blvd. in LA near the Petersen Auto Museum, but it closed. A number of homeless people camped nearby when I was in LA.
The basement of the Petersen Auto Museum is well worth a rather expensive visit. It is a better value than the main part of the museum.
