Don’t have to worry about illegals trying to form a union, either...

I live 2 miles from this facility. Hyundai/Kia negotiated massive tax breaks with the State and County to build there and “provide jobs for local citizens”. They knowingly, and in bad faith, violated that agreement by giving 475 jobs to illegals.

President Trump should publicly call out Hyundai/Kia for acting dishonorably and bringing shame upon the company. THAT hits hard, as honor is a key component in the Korean culture.

IF they want to continue to receive the tax incentives, they need to make amends and VERIFY to the State and federal government that ALL employees are either U.S. citizens or are here legally under a visa program.

I live in a gated community where many of the Korean execs and Managers live. The manager of the battery factory (which has had three worker fatalities in a little over a year) lives directly across the street from me.

This is typically only an issue because they do not want to pay the wages to get quality American workers. It is not a lack of quality American Labor; it is the corporate desire to pay as little as possible as the primary driver above all else.

Seen it even in the nuclear industry which is why there is literally a class action suit against all the American Nuclear power plants for corporate wage suppression.
