My theory is that the mRNA injection does not directly cause cancer. However, runaway cancers are the product of damaged or weakened immune systems that were created by mRNA injections. Without a robust immune system all sorts of opportunistic diseases can attack the body. VAIDS is real and it is allot like AIDS because both are the produce a damaged or suppressed immune system.

The headline is very misleading. He is not talking about vaccines in general.
He is talking about the Covid-19 mRNA jab. The jab is not a traditional vaccine. That’s a fact. I don’t think this non-traditional vaccine was a vaccine at all. You’ve got the fishy business that “vaccine” was redefined twice during the pandemic. Also, the mechanism of action was different. Vaccines introduce a dead or weakened form of the virus. Not so the mRNA jab.
