No question in my mind, these illegal Indians colluded as to how to get lucrative truck-driving
jobs requiring licenses without even knowing enough English to be able to read road signs.
I have a friend who is an owner-operator. This is a huge issue. Lots of these guys are on the road with bought CDLs who cannot speak English (a basic requirement for a CDL) and cannot maneuver a truck effectively/appropriately. They’re a danger on the road. They need to be found out and deported.
Friend has been tagging ICE on social media telling them to start checking guys at weigh stations, which appears to be happening a little.
Indians have some of the poorest English language skills I have seen.
I’ve occasionally watched “Highway through Hell.” For those who haven’t, it’s a t.v. show about guys in Canada who drive tow trucks on mountainous roads in Canada. The action mostly takes place in winter. Many of the big rig drivers they have to pull out of snowbanks are from India. They can barely speak English and haven’t a clue how to drive in ice and snow. They don’t know how to put on tire chains before they have to climb steep roads, for example. They hold up other traffic for hours when they get stuck.
The tow truck guys have to turn out in blinding snowstorms and sub-zero temperatures to rescue them time after time. Needless to say, some are fed up. These drivers are a hazard to everyone on the road including the guys who drive the tow trucks.
