Crazy people should not have guns. The Constitutional right was never intended to be a suicide pact.
Agreed, nor should they be allowed to vote. Yet what constitutes "crazy" should be pursuant to a finding by a jury. Otherwise, Democrats would declare conservatives mentally defective and take our guns.
