LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
A 13-year-old boy is facing charges after he was caught on camera groping a Louisville woman on her front porch.
WLKY spoke with the woman whom the boy groped, 78-year-old Jan Fletcher, on Aug. 26.
Fletcher said the boy asked her for directions to a nearby park before pretending to dust something off her back and groping her.
"As soon as that happened, I said, let me tell you something, you better get out here and you better go now. So he did. He was gone," Fletcher said.
Fletcher says she has a question for the teen.
"Why he did this? What was the reason that he did it? And I want an apology for him doing it," Fletcher said.

The mistake the senior citizen made was allowing this young pervert up on her porch while she was sitting there and allowing him to get close enough to touch her.
