Bobby Nunez is now under arrest for brazenly towing an ICE vehicle. He is charged with theft of government property.
Apparently he thought it would be funny to interfere with our immigration enforcement operations. Now he can laugh behind bars while he faces justice. Nunez is looking at up to 10 years in federal prison if convicted.

"if" convicted? It should be a certainty, sheesh.
If he is a naturalized citizen he should have it stripped and be sent to El Salvador.
Exactly. I don’t want my taxes supporting that human garbage. And go after his family as well with guns drawn. I am betting he has extended parasitic family members here who stealing from America as well.
Did they have to tow his tow truck after he was arrested?
One trait the vast majority of incarcerated men share is poor impulse control. Someone with poor impulse control is very dangerous. Add in the Dunning Kruger effect most of them also have and you’re looking at potential innocent civilian deaths.
Gotta give even idiots like this their due process.....as maddening as it is.
As it turns out, it was pretty funny.
That's OK, I'm more worried about the lame prosecution in CA, and "if" they even charge him for these documented crimes.

That and many never had a quality father figure in their lives.
Five years in my church’s prison ministry taught me that.
We provide mothers day cards and fathers day cards to the inmates to send to their parents.
We always run out of mothers day cards, but the fathers day cards are always sent back by the hundreds.

This is federal.
Any judge in California will probably give him a suspended sentence and Karen bass will probably give him some kind of award.

Yes
Now he can laugh behind bars
For a very long time.
Exactly.
“Bobby Nunez? That sounds like one of them illegal south-of-the-border types. Adios, muchaco.”
Hopefully, law and order, Bill Essayli, United States attorney for the Central District of California, will make sure this criminal serves his time - and then is deported.
Ousted former DA, George Gascon, would have released him already with an apology, and filed a lawsuit on his behalf.
These are federal charges
