Indeed - the main question is was the baby born alive. She has been charged with offences against a corpse, so probably not. Or maybe they cannot determine if it was dead before the - presumably unattended - birth.
Yhey can tell if it is stillborn from the lungs. But a post mortem takes some time to process, so those charges would be added at a later date.
