Can't speak for anywhere else in the country, it certainly seems like the seasons are "shifting" here in Northeast Illinois and it's felt like that for about ten years.

We just had our third winter in a row with well below average snowfall and this past winter with above normal temperatures.

It also feels like winter comes later, spring comes later and summer comes later. I also noticed the birds start swarming earlier to head south. They were swarming over two weeks ago in mid-August this year. Thought that was interesting.

Just observation, nothing scientific about it.

Yes, I have felt the same way here in Texas for the last tenish years, except I have been thinking the shifting is to earlier.

Also just observation, nothing definitive. It always varies. :)
