I’ve dealt with subsidized renters. They made a ghetto. On account of it’s not the building or the location that makes a ghetto. It’s residents.
Hilo, Hawaii. The bank built a complex with the government picking the tenants. The bank was not going to lose any money-just break even. After 40 years the bank owns it 100%. 40 years of subsidized housing to keep the people from rioting I/ guess.
That’s all true, but what makes it more egregious is the fact that it’s clearly intended to go to Mexicans in this case, and in general to non-Whites, and the fact that it’s literally down the street from beach resorts.
Why is ANYONE being subsidized to live in such a place, much less Mexican illegal aliens?
If it weren’t for subsidized “farmworkers” and worse, subsidized farmers, the land in this area would be ridiculously expensive.
This is 6 miles from the complex:
Got that? Multi million dollar homes on the beach just a short drive down the road.
If it weren’t for continued desperate games by the local Beach Bolsheviks, the land would have been sold off to resort developers years ago.
OVER $777,000 per unit
