Men who are trapped in marriages that turn sexless, thats not a marriage anymore. The marriage vows have been broken. Marriage implies sex. If BOTH agree to take a break for awhile, ok. But when a spouse voluntarily stops having sex when they still can, and the other isn’t on board with tthat, that spouse has broken their vows. No man gets married to stop having sex.
Sex for men is the most societally acceptable intimate way they can act without appearing weak or wimpish or too feminine. Sex for men is like being listened to for women, or ankther equivalent is sex for men is like romance for women. No sex, well, I don’t feel like being the person you vent to every day for over an hour. No more sex, well I don’t feel like being romantic with you. No more sex, well I don’t feel like financially supporting you anymore. Its not like women don’t know how important it is for a man, especially a married husband. They know this and because its a top one for men, but usually lower on the list for them, they shame guys for it and try to make them out to be perverted. We have 25-50 times the testosterone of women and that makes us men with our normal male needs, and it also makes us the men women are attracted to, not low-T fem soyboys. Otherwise you’re just roommates and the guy roommate has all the legal responsibilities if the girl roomie wants to leave.

You make some valid points but the flip side is: women who DO initiate, who WANT to be intimate — if their husbands are bringing in porn addiction and other baggage into the marriage, it’s the WIVES who are being denied intimacy — physical, emotional, or otherwise!
