Apparently the people in Scotland live with a law that says a 14 year old girl should not possess a weapon. Either you have law or you don’t. Maybe they should ignore the laws concerning stealing your car or setting fire to your house. Welcome to chaos.

Not sure there but I’m not sounding like a fool who would put weapons into the hands of an emotional 14 year old either to decide whether or not to kill someone. There are no second amendment rights in Scotland. There’s only their law. And she broke it. And someone could have been killed by her inexperienced, emotional, bad decision.
