Maybe not, but they are in charge of the law and it’s use. And the evidence, other than facts being observed on the thread, are not part of the incident at this time. So guessing if she knew the migrant, how many there were, and what transpired prior to the start of the video, is unknown to us. I’ve looked at a lot of sites saying a lot of different things so all I can use is what I can see. And in what I saw she was breaking the law while the migrant wasn’t. And this is the tool of the liberals. The minute they can get people to ignore the law and fly by the seat of their pants it loses clarity and control.
Even something as calling him a migrant is in question. According to a couple of sites I visited he had been living there for almost 4 years. He and his wife were Bulgarian nationals who are in the UK legally. Migration is the movement of people away from their usual place of residence. So does the story even tell the truth about the man.
Another site stated that he was out for a walk with his wife. I’ve never heard of a child molester taking his wife out to do the deed. And before you say it might not be true, it might, also. Not everything is as it seems.

The British police have completely disgraced themselves by letting Muslim grooming gangs operate for decades. Decades! And they have not redeemed themselves in the slightest.
There’s a video on YouTube of the British police telling a Jewish man in London to move along because his presence might offend nearby Muslims.
So I believe nothing the British police might say. They are not neutral. They have no credibility.
As you noted, there’s lots of uncertainty around that Bulgarian couple. But that misses the key question.
Why was that girl armed in the first place? She was definitely afraid of something. What?

She was abducted by Phillip Garrido and his wife Nancy in 1991 and caught in 2009 after Phillip tried to enroll Jaycee's two daughters from repeated rapes into college.
Now you can't say that you never heard of it anymore.
